- 대법원 판결이 나왔으니 이제 배상금 산정 문제가 이슈인데요,
- 대법원 핑퐁받은 항소법원이 다시 1심 법원으로 옮겼고
- 애플은 “삼성 측이 1심 재판 때 스마트폰 외에 다른 제조물품성에 대한 주장을 한 적 없다”면서 “따라서 디자인 특허 침해에 부과된 배상금 3억9천900만 달러는 그대로 유지돼야 한다” 고 주장하고 있습니다.

- 증여세의 의미: 증여세란 타인으로부터 무상으로 재산을
물려 받는 경우 부과되는 세금
- 수증자, 즉 증여를 받는 사람은 납세의무에 의해 증여받은 날이 속한 달의
말일부터3개월 이내에 주소지 관할세무서에 신고 납부
단, 단, 재산을 증여받은 수증자가 증여세 납부하는 것이 원칙이나,
수증자가 다음에 해당하는 경우 증여자가 연대해 납부할 의무가 있음
