GDPR은 데이터 보호 원칙을 구현하고 개인의 권리를 보호하기위한 적절한 기술적이고 조직적인
조치를 취할 것을 필요로 합니다.
이는 design 및 default 값을
기본적으로 설계 단계부터 수명주기에 이르기까지 데이터 보호를 처리 활동 및 비즈니스 관행에 통합해야 한다는
것을 의미할 수 있습니다.
그런데 이는 새로운 개념은 아닙니다.
PbD는 이미 알려진 개념이었으나 이번에 GDPR에 포함되었습니다.
그 주요 요지는 모든 프로세스에선 데이터 보호 및 개인 정보 보호 문제를 사전에 고려하는 것입니다.
GDPR은 이를 기본 원칙 및 요구 사항을 준수하고 책임에 중점을 둡니다

독일 연방 사법 재판소 (Federal Court of Justice)는 페이 스북 계좌가 상속 될 수 있다고 판결하면서
상속인이 사망 한 친척의 페이스 북 계좌에 접속할 권리를 부여한다고 로이터 통신은 전했다.
연방 대법원 대변인은 판결이 "매우 광범위한 결과"를 낳고
다른 소셜 미디어 계정에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 말했다.
페이스 북 대변인은 "우리는 오늘의 결정에 정중하게 의견이 일치하지 않지만
오랜 과정은 논의중인 문제가 얼마나 복잡한지를 보여준다"고 말했다.
독일 판사 알렉스 판타 (Alex Fanta)는 "독일의 정책 입안자들이 디지털을 규제하기
위한 추진력이되어야한다"
우리나라에도 유사한 법제가 생길 수 있을 지 지켜봅시다
